@FreshSweetflag you are most likely right. Keep snoozing until the soil isn’t wet. I’m sure you already know that it wants its soil to be consistently moist, never dry, but not soggy. So when you find that sweet spot, water then let it be. If your watering schedule stays reliable the plant won’t stress out.

@FreshSweetflag one other thing. A clay pot might dry the soil too quickly, so you might consider potting it into a plastic pot (nursery pot) and then putting it into the clay pot as the outside decorative pot.
