Hello, I believe this is caused by direct sun as in the picture on the plant card, I see direct sun on the pot. It may also be caused by underwatering or too low humidity. I don't know about palms, so this is a guess.

its kept indoor, right in front the widow facing south. I am new to plants and read that light coming through any refective surface is considered indirect sunlight. In my case sun is hitting througj the glass.But would like to here peoples opinion.
