Help! The leaves are starting to turn under, is that norm...

#Philodendron
1ft to light, indirect
4โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 2 months ago
Turn what? Can you provide a photo of the affected leaves? The plant looks ok in the card
You just got it is it?

Are the leaves kinda squishy? Are they floppy instead of being held down? If so check the roots for rot. But given you've only watered it once so far i doubt it would be this.

I suspect it might be just stress from moving to a new location. The light in your house is probably way less than that at the nursery, so the plant adjusts by dropping some leaves. It'll soon find a balance, don't worry.

Leep monitoring and ask when something's amiss. Water when soil is about 40-50% dry from the top. Use your finger to poke into the soil to check. Also, get a humidifier to maintain humidity at 60%
