If you're talking about the Lavender Scallops, they look perfectly healthy to me. Of course you can always move them to a pot of their own, that goes for any of the plants in that pot. You can either dig them up roots and all, or you can take cuttings to propagate and grow into a whole new plant. If you decide to go that route, cut off pieces with at least 4-5 sets of leaves. Make the cut right ABOVE a set of leaves, then remove the lowest set of leaves, poke a hole in some well-draining soil, and insert the cutting, making sure that bottom node where you remove the leaves is completely covered in soil. They root fairly quickly for a succulent. I've successfully propagated many Lavender Scallops this way ๐Ÿค—
