To me it looks like a purple ball cactus. I highly recommend carefully pulling off that orange plastic flower because it can trap moisture and prevent new growth on you cactus. To remove the plastic, you can twist it at the base to brake the glue away from the tissue or you can pull off the plastic and trim the glue with scissors or use rubbing alcohol to loosen it.
