Philodendron Gloriosum don't like direct sunlight and from the picture it seems like he might be getting direct sunlight. The yellowing also happens when it's over watered, so too much water could be an issue as well.

@SuperblyLilac I put it in the balcony with the net overhead, it’s still hot but not as burning under direct sunlight, should I move it indoor?

@Consocmap if the roots are brown and mushy and are falling off easily
