Maybe it just needs time? Orchids are slow growers. Jewels are not an exception to that. Or do you feel growth has slowed down or become weird .

Maybe just slow this time of year..I got it maybe a month ago with two leaves ready to unfurl but nothing. I've moved it closer to the grow light, maybe it needs more energy or maybe its just slow 😀
