How do I help leafy thrive?

My coworker gave it to me a few months ago to keep at my office desk and said it should have grown babies by now, but its stalled and last week started shriveling leaves. I thought it might need more light so I brought it home to chill under a grow light? I read these don't like to have wet soil all the time and keep a close eye on the watering schedule for it. #donkeyears
5ft to light, indirect
5” pot with drainage
Last watered 10 months ago
Welcome to Greg, Phoebe! That looks like a kalenchole and that little plant likes to have it's day in the sun ... literally.

It wants to be in a dry, well-draining soil mix ... it's a succulent.

If you are keeping it on your desk, I would suggest that you put it under a lamp with a grow light in it. (: That should perk up Leafy.
I agree with @sarahsalith on the sun needs. This little one likes about 4 hours of sun or equivalent from a grow lamp. I would also let her dry out a bit. You are correct they do not like wet feet. She might also be resting for the winter. I think she looks sad but not unhealthy. Hang in there. Here is a link I think will be helpful.
