What's wrong with my plant?

Question

I bought this rhaphidophora tetrasperma about 2 weeks ago and it was fine, it's soil was moist so I didn't water it. It kept getting black spots so I thought it was because it was overwatered, but it's soil has been completely dry for about 4 days and the black spots are expanding and bottom leaves are yellowing, one leaf even fell off. It's in a east-south facing window so I doubt the light is the issue as my other aroids are happy. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Could potentially/likely be a fungal issue, unfortunately.

I agree with @MeganO, you can try treating with copper fungicide and see if that helps

I’m guessing she was over the water at the plant store or the big box store wherever you got her from and all that time spent with soggy roots cost either root rot or fungal on the leaves you can tell there is a fungal infection because of the top leaves and I have the same problem with my golden Pothos the current leaves are going to be like that by the new leaves if you can spray it with a copper side will come out better
