How to deal with a dying plant?

Some of you may remember my northern maidenhair fern sand it’s struggles and honestly I think it may unfortunately die soon. I’ve don’t all that I can and I’m hoping new growth pops up but if it doesn’t then I’m gonna be pretty upset. I get overly attached to my plants so I may be a bit dramatic with this😅 but how do you guys deal with plant death?

Sometimes we have to let go of them. It’s hard but it’s harder waiting for a plant on the decline to rebound. I have a “ plant hospital” where I put these plants either a grow light and about half rebound. Hang in there and know you’ve tried your best.
