@WinPepino12 it is a dieffenbachia. You can tell by the leaf pattern. It appears that you plant might be a little sad. The leaves are at the droopy and if it’s in a 15 inch pot, that’s way to large for a plant that size. could be that it’s being overwatered. Here is my Dieffenbachia. The leaf pattern and shape is very similar. My plant is in a 5 inch pot with a chunky soil. It gets bright indirect light from an East facing window and I water every 7-8 days.
