Is she okay?

Why is her white turning brown?? I’ve pulled her away from the window incase maybe it was too cold/hot. Does she otherwise look healthy? I’ve been bottom watering. #HappyPlants #WhitePrincessPhilodendron #philodendronwhiteprincess #Philodendron #PhiloFlock
Variegated plants are known to have their white areas start to crisp. Your plant looks healthy. It may be a humidity issue or it went too long between watering. I would just trim the brown areas off. Remember that variegated plants need more light to keep the variegation. So don’t put it somewhere with minimal light. You can get a grow light if you’re nervous about the window but I keep my Thai about 2 feet from a southwest window and she loves. It. She only gets browning if I put off her watering for too long. Your plant looks otherwise very healthy. They say silica helps keep variegated from browning but I’ve never tried it. Hope this helps.
@TRose thank youuu! I’ll keep that in mind. I’d say I waited too long in between wateringsπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜…
You can also run a humidifier for a couple hours a day by her as well
@ModestCoconut13 πŸ˜‚ it happens to the best of us. They’re very forgiving so I wouldn’t stress.
