I know she’s a climber but can I make her crawl? Sorry that sounded… anyways this is the set up rn. I’m hoping she’ll crawl into the other planter and develop roots in the pot before I chop in half. Any thoughts on this method?

Hi Dre!

That is a method many growers use when propagating vines! She can totally crawl into the other pot and root there, then be cut from the parent!

I just wanted to share mine... I just did tonight.   I transplanted from a 6in to this.  Hoping to let it crawl a little bit before I had to put a trellis or something up.  It was hard because it was a tiny bit root bound so inorder to get it in there I had to kind of squish the roots underneath and take some of the larger ones that were coiling near the top and kinda guide them out into the front.  So fingers crossed I didn't mess this up!  I haven't gotten any fenstration yet just that odd little leave out in front.  Hoping now that it has a little more room it will grow some for me!
