Aeonium are summer-dormant succulents. Their active growth season begins in fall and goes through late winter/early spring. Now is the time of year when they're entering their dormant phase, so growth will slow or completely stop, rosettes might close up, and they'll need much less frequent waterings.
I see you also have two echeveria (despite one being labeled as a ghost plant, it's an echeveria). They're winter dormant, so they're entering their active growing season right now ๐
