What does 14-14-14 on #fertilizers mean?

I'm trying to buy fertilizers for my Isabela since she looks bad 😞.

14-14-14 fertilizer is an all-purpose fertilizer with an equal ratio of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. It looks like your Isabela is a kalanchoe. They are pretty self-sufficient and don’t typically need fertilizer. If it’s been more than a year since you had her or she’s doubled in size, repotting in fresh soil can do wonders for her! The fresh soil should have all the nutrients she needs to support another year of growth.
They’re the NPK values or nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Each promote growth in different ways. Here’s an article with a more thorough explanation https://www.bobvila.com/articles/fertilizer-numbers/
Every thing depends of the kind of plants you like to fertilize all require diferente levels
