Curling brown edges

I’ve had this what I think is an #AngelWingBegonia for 2 years and have been struggling to make her happy lol I’m not super knowledgeable about plant care so I’ve been trying to do research on how to care for it better. I think I need to repot it because when I water it all the water rushes out the drainage hole immediately. Also there are brown spots and curling on the edges of the leaves so maybe not enough humidity as I’ve seen others say. Any additional advice would be much appreciated! First pic is when I first got it and second is from today.

I’m thinking maybe not enough sun if she’s in a north window. The loss of color in the leaves would suggest so. Also sounds like your soil is hydrophobic, meaning it’s not able to retain any moisture. I’m not sure about the repotting but might be an option to correct your soil. My polka dot sits in an east window, I keep her soil moist but not saturated and she’s doing amazing this season! Hope this helps!
@Amateurbotany thank you! Do you think a grow light would be a good option? I don’t actually have windows in my apartment lol I have two big sliding glass doors, the one in the living room where it’s located next to now and one in my bedroom which is adjacent to the living room one. Lighting options suck unfortunately.
@PiousLuckyred mine is under a grow light since the eastern sun only hits this window about 2 hours a day. It seems to be working for mine!
I added grow lights this year. Whole 'nother world!!! Angel wing is blooming for the first time and still shooting off baby shoots.
I actually just got a spotted begonia, so this is pretty helpful. Thanks @Amaturebotany.
