I don’t know a whole lot about guava trees, but I will say close to 100° temperature consistently might be stressing the plant out of a bit. I don’t wanna say it may be getting too much sun, but maybe put it in a shadier part of the house if you can might be beneficial if anything possibly bringing her inside in the evenings may help.
Again, unfortunately, I don’t know a whole lot about this type of plant so the temperature might not be an issue . But he definitely is stressed out by some thing.. if anything you may need to water it more because it’s so hot but again this is extremely rookie advice
