Succulents are incredibly easy to propagate if they’re in the correct circumstances— I’ve had leaves of my succulents fall off into dark corners of my room and sprout pups. That said, I like to take my succulent stem cuttings, remove some of the leaves close to the cut end, and place them in extremely well draining mix like aroid mix— but I’ve heard a thin layer of regular succulent soil also works. Put the cut ends of the cuttings in the substrate. shallow containers are better, I use nursery pots with the top 2/3rds cut off. Indirect sun, let dry out between waterings but water more often than you’d water your established succulents. Roots should start appearing from where the leaves were detached.
Good luck!
