Why are all the leaves falling off suddenly?

Pot with no drainage? Overwatering. Remove, remove old soil, remove rotten roots, use fresh soil, use pot WITH drainage.

Also 11ft from the window is wayy too far. Most ficus are more accustomed to full sun, but if you want to change it to direct sun now you need to do so gradually

Oh yeah and only water when 50-70% of the soil height from the top is dry, use a finger or chopstick to determine
