I'm no expert, but I believe this is something that can absolutely be resolved 💙 Beautiful plant!
What I found as possible culprits:
-being underwatered,
-low humidity
-sensitive to tap water
-root rot due to overwatering
-aging naturally
These plants are more sensitive to water choice, and it's saying to try distilled water or rainwater to keep them happy.
Because they need humidity, misting them weekly or having them near a cool mist humidifier can be helpful with that.
You can also wait for the top two inches of soil to dry out entirely before watering, to see if that was an issue.
If this is an older plant, it's stating that this could be a natural process to aging, if only the oldest, lowest leaves are doing this. In that case, trim off only the fronds that are entirely dead, to redirect focus on to the rest of the plant.
