Hey Laura @SelectLlavea i have found that Crassulas often go a pinky red when sun stressed so I would put this closer to the window if possible or even outside for a couple of hours.
Here is my crassula ovata (jade) right up on the window with his lovely red tips. And in the winter it mostly goes away.
