I didn’t get one this year but last year I kept mine in the plastic pot and it was really easy to tell when it needed water by lifting it up and checking the weight I also stuck my finger in the top of the soil once in a while. Mine was in really good draining soil so I watered mine about every few days or so!
@GivingOleaster I think that it says nine days because this app is mostly made for houseplants. The apps watering calculator only uses pot size and nothing else.
