Anyone have a black rose aeonium? Not sure what condition...

It looks overwatered to me. I would move it to a terracotta pot and maybe som soil that drains better.
It’s hard to say if it’s overwatered or not to me, you could just have darker soil mixed try adding some pumice or perlite to help lighten and help drain the soil better. The stock looks good and healthy. There doesn’t seem to be any rot forming, and they are very sensitive to overwatering.
Aeonium really love light. Mine got less leggy and starting sizing up when I put them in a south window. I really need to lop their heads off and propagate it, but I can’t bear too, so I just deal with the leggy look! (Obviously this one isn’t a black aeonium, but same idea)
