Did you check the soil to see if it’s too wet?
Examine it for pest.
Are you using tap water; if please use distilled or (I invested in a Britta pitcher (suggestion from @SweetAzurebluet: ) it’s been working well.
If so let it dry all the way out, you can also take a clean pair of scissors And trim the brow off. It’ll make your plant look better.
The older leaves and the ones closest to the soil will sometimes drop off making room for new growth.
