Whats happening to orchid

@SteadyTamarillo First of all, Welcome to Greg! It looks like u have it planted in the same pot with a succulent, if that is the case, the is probably ur problem. Orchids need very special growing medium. I can get it anywhere- it should be in regular potting soil and it should be sharing a pot with any other plant, unless itโ€™s another Orchid. They need completely different soil and care. If you just google orchid care, there will be plenty of info- good luck!๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒต
Just looks like the end of its bloom to me! โ˜บ๏ธ Once all the flowers drop and the stalk goes brown you can snip it off! The true health is in their roots, white/silvery and wrinkled are indications itโ€™s thirsty if they are green and plump itโ€™s hydrated :)
@Ponytailmom is completely right! crassulas need deep infrequent watering that drys out in long stretches, orchids thrive in high humidity, heavy watering and rapid drainage if you water the succulent the orchid dehydrates and if you water the orchid the succulent rots, theyโ€™ll definitely need to be separated. one thing tho orchids will die in regular potting mix, if you want to change it to just orchid bark then go right ahead thatโ€™s the most popular but using sphagnum moss is excellent if youโ€™re prepared to keep it fresh as they get compacted quicker then bark :) and just a cacti succulent mix for the crassula hope we could be of help ๐ŸŒธ

Thank you all
