Do these Calathea roots look dead to you?

It's hard to tell without washing out the dirt but I think plenty of them are still alive there is rot tho, so I would give these a hydrogen peroxide soak and snipping of the black roots, most of your roots seem okay tho

@GardenCat43 amazing, thank you, I have placed it in water to rebuild the roots about a week ago, but there is no root growth yet. So then I started questioning if it still alive but yeah, I saw rot. I suppose I will give it a bit more time and hopefully the new roots will appear
