Some of my leaves have brown spots but then others are massive and doing wonderful, they are seperate plants in the same pot with same light and same water…..it’s weird and not sure what all needs to be happy

Since the brown has a yellow halo, that usually means a fungal problem. Trim off the affected leaves because it will spread. And if you can repot it with new soil. Then try to water it less.
