corm propagation?

so i propagated some elephant ear corms, and they’ve been in this moss since then, under a grow light. when should i take them out and plant to soil? last time i tried transfered a plant from sphagnum moss, the leaves burnt under the grow light like the day after. (they’re under the light for 8hr a day)
leaves just showed up in the last couple of days.
@tanner Hi Tanner, Welcome to Greg!

I think I would wait until the leaves double...or until you have at least 3" roots. Then I would probably keep the sphagnum moss in place and plant it in dirt (medium). This way, the roots aren't shocked all at once, but can GROW into the dirt (medium). Keep it in a little lower light while it acclimates, and you can increase the intensity over a few weeks.

Make sure to gather advice from a few people/places so you can make informed decisions about the best course of action for you and your growing conditions.
