How to separate and grow?

Hi all! I have some golden sedums that have been out of control for a long time, mostly because they didn’t get enough light for a long time and etiolated so much that I can’t do much for them anymore. But they’re still somewhat healthy and have been producing stem offsets. How can I separate these and get them to root so I can start over? I have a plant scalpel.
