I’m new to the bamboo palm life- is this elevated ledge an okay placement? The blinds directly behind it leads to an indoor room (so not an outdoor window)

I mean, technically yes, so long as you keep watering to a minimum or use a very well-draining mix. Ideally for palms they'd want to be in full sun [provided they have an adjustment period], but with a bit of life-support it'll make it

Also provided nothing pushes it over. Would be a pity if the plant fell onto someone, a large plant freefalling at 3m would NOT be fun [for the victim, the plant and the one that cleans the house]

To add to what @Araceae said maybe don’t keep a mic and guitars and your desk (is this a music studio?) under the ledge cause I know from personal experience it can get pretty pricey if you break any of that stuff
