Burnt leaves?
help! i donβt know what i did to my poor little lemon balm plant but his leaves are going like this. I donβt let the plant do dry or anything. is there any thing i can do? #help

Many herbs do well in the sun, but lemon balm needs shade. Especially in areas in which the summer sun is hot, this plant grows best with some shade in the afternoon or in a spot where there are tall trees to lessen the intensity of the sun.
That looks like sunburn to me as well. I would move your lemon balm to receive less light.

I agree with @jazzyjess and @KikiGoldblatt. Your leaves wonβt recover cosmetically however moving the plant to where it will recieve less light will protect the others and preserve the plant foliage appearance.
