My boyfriend bought me this sunflower

I have been watering it almost every day because it helps the leaves. I don’t want to drown her, dose anyone know what to do. (We don’t have access to outdoor space for plants)

Sadly, they need SO MUCH SUN to survive and live well. I see you have it in a south-facing window, so that's good.
Since you don't have access to an outdoor space, it seems like you are doing your best. All you can do it water it and get it as much sun as possible.
