My plants still feel wet. Dried a little but still damp. ...

Youβre right to pauseβif the soil is still damp, definitely hold off on watering for now.
Even though itβs been 26 days, some tulip containers or denser soils can retain moisture for a surprisingly long timeβespecially in cooler temps or low light. Tulip bulbs are especially prone to rot if they stay too wet.
What to do:
β’ Wait until the top 2 inches of soil are fully dry before watering again.
β’ If the pot feels heavy or the roots smell musty, check for drainage issues.
β’ Make sure your pot has drainage holes and isnβt sitting in a saucer full of water.
