My plan has little white holes in it why?

Give that Alocasia drainage! And tropical soil with lots of bark and leca. They also like to be pretty snug in their pots, preferring to be a little rootbound. But I agree, if you give us a picture of the holes could help determine if it’s pests or a growing defect, sometimes mine gets a hole here and there when the leaf is developing if it’s unhappy
