Hey! It looks like those yellowing leaves are all at the base of the plant which typically isnβt anything to worry about. Itβs pretty normal for plants to shed their bottom/oldest leaves as they make room for new growth.
I do see two new leaves coming out so Iβd say donβt stress & just gently remove the yellow/dead leaves.
One more thing, make sure the plant isnβt ever sitting in any depth of water greater than 30-minutes or so. When the plant sits in more water than it can take In it will almost always lead to root rot!!

@WillowNN remove the yellowish sleeves and check your soil to make sure itβs not too wet and thereβs no root damage
