Here is a new picture of it today.
Hey! It looks like those yellowing leaves are all at the base of the plant which typically isn’t anything to worry about. It’s pretty normal for plants to shed their bottom/oldest leaves as they make room for new growth.

I do see two new leaves coming out so I’d say don’t stress & just gently remove the yellow/dead leaves.

One more thing, make sure the plant isn’t ever sitting in any depth of water greater than 30-minutes or so. When the plant sits in more water than it can take In it will almost always lead to root rot!!

@WillowNN remove the yellowish sleeves and check your soil to make sure it’s not too wet and there’s no root damage
