How to follow fertilizing instructions?
I turned on fertilizer instructions, and I see the amounts prescribed in mg. For example 70 mg for my monstera. But just 70 mg of what? Miracle Gro recommend a 10-15 mg/Gal recipe. Not sure how to follow the instructions

Hi there, I have *no* idea what the Greg fertilizer milligrams are referring to, so what I do is just follow the directions on the fertilizer I have, and use it as a guideline. You will have to set up the fertilizer reminders yourself based on the plant. For tropical plants the general guideline is once per month during the growing season, so you would go in and make sure the reminders are set for once per month for each plant. There are other ways, but this is a good starting point.
It’s a good practice to fertilize less than more, and never if a plant is struggling. You can overwhelm their roots with fertilizer salts. So I cut whatever the recommended dose is at least by half.
