Sensation Lilly dying leaves

I recently got a sensation lily. She's been exploding in growth and I think I need to get her a new pot. Her leaves have been turning brown and dying including a few "flowers". The new growth usually dies as well. I just trimmed 5 smaller dead leaves. I've never had a peace lily, much less a giant peace lily. I am planning to repot soon. I have fox farm ocean forest potting soil and am planning on getting some perlite. I also have lava rocks and activated charcoal. Am I doing this right? Why are the leaves dying? Is this a good potting mix for her repot?
Thanks for any help! #peacelily

@Blacksage Remember, brown spots are your Peace Lily's cry for help. Listen closely, and you can keep those leaves green and serene. I found a Greg article that can help you with your Peace Lilly 🫢🏼 https://greg.app/brown-spots-on-peace-lily-leaves/
Does Eirene reside in a pot with Good Drainage?
@Blacksage Peace lilies thrive in a soil mix that has both drainage and water-retention properties. Blended potting mixes with texture are ideal, specifically ones with peat moss, loam, coir, or perlite. Peace lilies also do well in partially sandy soils, so a soil mix can contain vermiculite, perlite, and sand. https://houseplantresourcecenter.com/2021/05/the-best-soil-for-peace-lilies/
Drainage - Keep your peace lily in a pot with plenty of drainage holes. Soggy soil leads to root rot, brown foliage, and discolored or absent flowers
