Brown leaves on a money tree often will indicate that the soil is too dry or the humidity is too low. Money trees are native to the tropics and prefer at least 30% humidity and consistently moist soil. If the soil is too dry the money tree's leaves wilt, turn brown and drop off with a dying appearance
Water it. Add Drainage. Humidity is key.
Mine was doing this too because it is beside the vent - in the winter it gets very warm and dry so you need to water 2 to 3x more often in cold months I find. ๐Ÿ˜„ thanks for sharing
