@WiseCoconut38 just keep it submerged and give it some light. Should begin to root in a week or two!
Pearl and Jade Pohos are really slow growers because of their white variegation. I would make sure at least one to two nodes are under the water and make sure that the leaf is getting maximum loght . I also just put my pearl into water and it started going roots within days when I put it right up to my window, you got this.
