You’re correct, your plant is wilted, meaning overwatered. Let it sit for a couple days before watering again. I can’t guarantee that the yellowed leaves will revert back to normal, but it would help the plant if you were to prune and clear some of the overcrowding going on at the bottom of the plant. 😊🌿

I have Italian parsley I know some people say water once a week but my mines stay at the window and grow all year round sometimes I water twice a week and they stay big if I don’t they wilt . Those don’t look like mine at all look different maybe u should see if u can re identify
