Canβt keep club moss alive
#ClubMoss accidentally knocked over this pot and had to repot it. It seems very unhappy but generally this plant seems to die on my constantly. Itβs in a bathroom by an east facing window. The soil is moist but it looks crisped up. No idea if itβs salvageable!

I've tried it a couple of times and gave up. My mother picked one up for me a few weeks ago and brought it to me. She said she noticed I didn't have one ... for good reason. π
So I tried it again in its own little bog - it didn't work. I put it in a aquarium so it could be constantly wet -- it didn't work.
Finally, I took what was left and I put it in a terrarium. It's doing GREAT! οΏΌ

Humidity, baby! π€© This sweetie doesnβt just need water for its roots. So, as Sarah discovered above, terrarium conditions are ideal. You could start by putting a clear(!) plastic bag over it and putting it somewhere a tad brighter, to make up for the light theft by the bag. Then youβll have time to go to all of the flea markets/thrift shops to find yourself a glass jar/vase and a glass plate (or a petri dish) to cover it. Just remember to air the vessel out every once in a while while. In our experience once every two weeks works fine, depending on the other conditions in your space.
And please do give us an update! π
