Yellow leaves/losing leaves

My plant baby is turning yellow and all the leaves are falling off. Is this because of too little or too much water ??
15ft to light, indirect
5” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
Can we get a photo?
Yellowing is most frequently caused by underwatering, overwatering, root rot, lack of fertilizer, or aging leaves. In your case it's likely watering, fertilizer, or root rot. It would help to see a photo. For root rot, yellowing is often accompanied by browning. For lack of fertilizer, you will know based on the last time you fertilized her. For over/underwatering, you will know based on her current watering schedule compared to the recommendation for her species
please provide her watering schedule, fertilizer schedule, and a photo :)
I watered it 1/2 cup after 2 weeks.
I followed the watering recommendation
and haven’t used fertilizer
