It could be root burn from the fertilizer. Rinse out the soil and let water run through it for about 5 minutes to release excess salts. Do not fertilize for about 2-3 months while the roots recover. Hope this helps!

@QuietOrangemint I agree with backing off on the fertilizer. Also peppers don't like being wet let them dry out a bit and don't water them until their leaves start to wilt just a tad then drench the soil and wait until they tell you they're thirsty again!
