Yes you can, you have to collect the seeds from the cone and soak the seeds in water for about 24 hours. After that pat them dry (they shouldn’t be water logged or dry to the point where there is no moisture at all so they don’t completely dry out) put them in a zip lock bag and keep them in your refrigerator for 30 days. After that you can sow the seeds in soil.
