How to repot this dork?
Sterling Archer, Secret Agent has been doing really well and is even a dad! I feel like I need to repot him and help support this stem. Any suggestions? #Dieffenbachia That one bamboo stick ain’t cutting it 😆

@RealSimpleMama If it were me, I would probably take it out to remove the baby (yay! Another plant!) and then you'll know whether Mr. Archer needs to be repotted or not. But, on the other hand, I'm a fan of "If it ain't broke don't fix it". Mr Archer is obviously doing fabulous and is gorgeous! (This is where I flip a coin to decide 🤭)
@Lifeis2short hey! I did check his roots and actually decided to downgrade his pot since his root system is pretty small (compensation, maybe?) 😆 and I used a moss pole to try and straighten that big ole stalk! Baby didn’t want to separate so he’s still mooching off of Daddy. 🌱☀️❤️
