Hello! I'd look to see if there are roots coming out of the drainage holes and how much water it goes through. If it dries out fast, ita definitely time to upgrade. Id go up 1 or 2" in pot size and use a succulent soil mix. I also seem to remember reading you want to repot before it starts putting out new growth. Ive been holding off repotting my one at work until the first of spring. Hope this helps!
