Help! Why is my zelkova losing leaves?
She was fine two weeks ago. New leaves were growing. Now even the new ones are losing their colour and a lot of them are falling.

It could be that it needs some light and moisture. From the look of it, the leaves look very dry and lack moisture. With Bonsais, you want to make sure to maintain a level a moisture within the plant. You can achieve that by either using a pebble tray under the pot, a humidifier within 5ft of your tree, or water properly.
Also, personally I would trim and prune your Zelkova. You have many small branches that are sort of thin and leafless at the end.

@Luckylock That could have definitely affected it! I know when it gets hotter, the plants’ soil tends to dry quicker, resulting in dry leaves and soil. Good luck and happy growing! 🌿🤍
