If they are just one or two, and only lower/older leaves, then it probably isn't much to worry about. If the whole leaf yellows overnight after watering, it's a sign of being wet a bit too long. If it's a whole yellow leaf and you have not watered in a while, the plant could be using that leaf as a resource to meet water/nutritional needs.
If you have several leaves yellow all of a sudden, it's time to investigate underground and you might need to triage (rescue mission).
