Brownish leaves

Hello! The leaves of my plant are growing quite quickly, but somehow they turn brownish right after they grow. I don't know what I'm doing wrong :((

Have you checked the roots? Your soil looks very wet. Does your pot have drainage holes?

I watered the plant recently, hence the moisture. The pot has no drainage holes, so I think I need to repot it.
