Leaves are turning brown

The leaves on my alo plant are turning brown black.
I just want to know if anyone has any advice.I could take

It could be the type of soil. If you haven’t repotted recently, you could try a succulent mix. Could possibly be due to overwatering as well, let them almost fully dry out and see if there’s any change!
